This shop is fantastic! I got towed in middle of the night. They fit me in right away. Zack did a great job fixing my injector issue. I do most of my own truck work but I would definitely trust these guys for whatever you need done.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS SHOP !! Worst experience in my 15 years in trucking. Spoke with someone named Sherrill, who was extremely unprofessional. The shop charged outrageous prices for parts and basically had us cornered — if we didn’t agree to the price, she threatened to lock our truck up. Actual pricing comparison: Peterbilt • Belt Tensioner: $397.61 • Main Belt: $97.01 This shop • Belt Tensioner: $907.17 • Main Belt: $217.75 That’s a $630 markup on two basic parts. When I questioned it, Sherrill proudly said the owners know exactly what they’re doing. Truckers are already struggling in one of the worst freight markets in years. They only accept truck repair work by appointment and they’re 2 months out When I asked if they could recommend a different shop she said “I only keep track of the schedule here” All you had to do was reccomend another shop. Great attitude!

Les and his crew went above and beyond to get my box truck back on the road. They worked with tight timelines and an engine supplier that sent the wrong engine, and still managed to get the truck working for when iI needed it. Friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, they are my go to truck repair in Reno.
